Greetings!

Welcome to my food blog!  Never in a million years did I think I would be writing and contributing to a food blog, or well any blog for that matter.  But I recently discovered the greatness that is Pinterest and now I can't stop pinning and trying all of these great recipes!  I am not-so-secretly proud of my new found cooking greatness, which led me to posting pictures and updates on Facebook.  It seems that every time I do this, friends and friends of friends like, comment and ask questions about the recipes.  So I decided, hey, why not blog and share my experiences with these recipes with anyone that wants to know!

Here's the kicker...I'm a picky eater!  Not so severe that I refuse to try new things or that I eat only one kind of food and nothing else, but enough that if you're not a picky eater living with me could get boring.

This is why my blog is titled "Eating With a Picky Eater".  My fiance is NOT a picky eater, in fact he will eat just about anything you put in front of him.  Finding new and inventive recipes that include ingredients that I actually eat can be challenging.  This is why Pinterest is such a great find for us.

Each time I try a new recipe, or improve/change a tried and true one, I will update this blog with the following:

  • Pictures
  • Suggestions on how to make it your own.
